Varsity vs Cedar Springs High School (6 - 2) WMC girls tennis traveled to Cedar Springs on Thursday and came away with an impressive 6-2 victory. The team delivered several dominant performances throughout the match. At 2 singles, junior Sophia Fries won 6-0, 6-3. At 3 Singles, sophomore Hadley Noonan won 6-1, 6-1. At 1 Doubles, juniors Leah Sneller and Maddy Sytsema who were substitutes, lost the first set in a set tiebreaker 6-7, then won the second 6-4 and the third set tiebreaker 10-4. At 2 Doubles, seniors Mia De Jonge and Evie Zenz won 6-2, 7-5. At 3 Doubles, sophomore Linnea Larson and Junior Elisabeth Kenny won 6-4, 6-2. At 4 Doubles, seniors Lauren Olsen and Audrey Kingshott won 6-0, 6-2.
