WMC Summer Training Who: All incoming 7-12 th graders at WMC or our partnering schools. When: Monday – Thursday 9am-10am (5 weeks in Green), come as often as you can! Where: WMC High School Track / Soccer Field Cost: FREE What: Speed, agility, and strength training with Jerrod our Athletic Trainer. We will utilize functional sport movements to develop skills that will translate to all sports. This training will focus on strength, agility, and power needed to both excel and prevent injuries in all sports.
